Chimichurri sauerkraut with extra virgin olive oil offers a delightful fusion of zesty, herbal flavours that elevate the traditional tang of lacto-fermented sauerkraut. Zhoug-flavoured sauerkraut with extra virgin olive oil, a vibrant and aromatic condiment that combines the tangy zest of lacto-fermented cabbage with the spicy, herbal notes of zhoug. What's Zhoug?
